ITALIAN MASTERPIECES

Whilst in Melbourne delivering paintings for an upcoming exhibition, I had a chance to see the visiting Italian Masterpieces that are on show at the National Gallery of Victoria.The works are from Spain's Royal Court and among the artists are Raphael, Correggio and Titian. How wonderful to wander the many galleries and be absorbed by these outstanding paintings and some equally spectacular drawings from the period of 1500-1800 and being transported back to that era of the Renaissance in all it's glory, truly an uplifting experience!
